Yes, this is happening. You know why? Because I could use a cheat meal and if I didn’t I would’ve eaten a fricken family. I usually reward myself with a manicure or something but I needed this break. And I’m glad I did because it reminds me exactly why I started being healthy again in the first place. The feeling of eating greasy heavy “thoughtless” food isn’t fun. It’s nice to remind myself every now and again.
